How to Do a Bread Sushi Roll

Here's a quick overview of the steps.

Lay a sheet of shrinkwrap. Flatten the slice of bread with a roller. I used a tumblr here. Reason for flattening the bread is when rolling it, it won't tear so easily.

I spread some olive spread on the bread before laying the seaweed. Then add whatever you fancy. I added egg, cucumber and pork floss with a generous serving of furikake.

Roll away. I use the skrinkwrap to roll it tightly. After that I wrap it with seaweed and put some butter/mayo at the edges as a "glue"

With a sharp knife, just slice the roll to your desired thickness.

All ready to eat. Yummy! ;)
