We used Mediterranean Magic seasoning for this recipe. But one of the best things in using any of our 9 blends is that you can make this recipe with 9 different flavor profiles from around the world.

This is as easy as it gets. Peel the entire bag of carrots. If you are feeling lazy, just wash them and skip the peeling part - that's up to you. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

Cut each carrot in half, lenghtwise. Then cut each of the halves in half. Add the olive oil and 2 teaspoons of Mediterranean Magic (or any of our NON-GMO and gluten free seasoning blends). Mix well.

(Just an up-close shot to make this guide prettier) As always, you can buy our blends @ www.worldseasonings.com. Use the code "snapguide" to save 25% and get free shipping on all orders over $50.

Place in your oven and roast 30-35 minutes, or until the carrots are tender to touch. Place them in a dish and make sure to pour all the oil left over on the pan on top of the carrots. Enjoy...

We used these carrots as a side dish to another guide we made for Braised Short Ribs. These are also great to make and eat the next day when they are cold, or chop them up to use in a salad.
